When I right click a desk top icon, a menu pops up that is too big for my screen. Most of the options are of no interest to me. Can I edit this pop up?

      • Ensure to back up your registry before making any changes.
    []Third-Party Tools:
    • CCleaner: Some tools like CCleaner have context menu management features that can help you enable/disable or delete context menu entries.
    • ShellMenuView: NirSoft's ShellMenuView tool allows you to easily disable or enable context menu items.

    ]Use Group Policy Editor:
    • gpedit.msc: You can use the Group Policy Editor to configure contextual menus by removing or adding certain options if you have access to the Pro, Enterprise, or Education editions of Windows.
      • Open the Local Group Policy Editor by pressing Win + R, typing gpedit.msc, and hitting Enter.
      • Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Desktop.
      • Look for settings related to context menus that you can modify to customize the desktop context menu.
  2. Undo Context Menu Changes:
    • If you accidentally modify or delete the wrong context menu item in the registry, you can use your registry backup to restore the settings. Before making any changes to the context menu to avoid unnecessary consequences, ensure that you back up your system and registry settings. Proceed with caution when modifying the registry, and be mindful of the changes you are making to prevent any unintended consequences.
