Hi,

Minimum requirement for Windows 11 is 4GB RAM.

There are many PCs with 4GB RAM started getting Windows 11.

Most PCs with 4GB RAM are performing slow with Windows 11.

Whether common steps, registry level steps or any level, please let us know all possible tips & tricks for better performance of Windows 11 for low configuration computer.

With Regards

To be honest! There are NO magic "registry hacks", booster softwares, or other software that are able to create more performance in your pc!

If your computer have a small amount of RAM, such as 4Gb, etc., then it's best to stop using memory-intensive browsers (like Chrome and Firefox), and instead use the built-in EDGE. And make sure to have fewer tabs and fewer programs running at the same time.

In the event of having lower amount of RAM.. (and not beeing able to increase the amount of RAM) Well... Just about all you can do is to adjust your pagingfiles size to allow more virtual memory for your computer to use, when needed!

That! And, if possible get a faster harddrive..

Thats just about it! I´m afraid that all "performance boosting"-software and magic settings are PLACEBO...

Of course there is a way to reduce some wasted resources in Windows 11. Who wants all that atrocious celebrity news? Open a Command Prompt as administrator and use these commands to uninstall Widgets:
PowerShell winget uninstall "windows web experience pack"
cd C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
dir | find /i "WindowsWebExperiencePack"
rmdir /s [insert name of folder as shown by last command]

But many pople have laptops where you can not upgrade or change the RAM-modules!!
- How are they supposed to follow your suggestions?!
False, most laptops can be upgraded. Even those with a single slot tend to have much smaller ram modules than the hardware can support

NO! threre are many laptops where the RAM-module is SOLDERED to the motherboard... They dont have any slots at all... And the RAM can not be shifted....

I found an article about this: The scourge of fully soldered and non-upgradeable laptops
So TRUE! There are laptops where the RAM is NOT upgradable!

Everyone can uninstall a lot of stuff in Windows...
But that does not make your PC run faster or smoother..

That is more placebo than an actual performance lift...

maybe consider going back to W10 until MS cleans up the bugs and problems with W11. Nothing like free R&D for MS.
