Windows 7 Trouble Enabling ReadyBoost on New USB Stick: Need Help!

If there is no readyboost tab in the usb stick properties, control panel -> administrative -> services -> readyboost -> double click it and make sure it says "Startup type: Automatic" -> make sure the service is running.

ready or not boost

yeah i have tried that but there is no readyboost there either... ???? where is it ?????
