Windows 7 Trouble Installing Google Chrome After Windows 7 Installation: Need Guidance

Dear Expert Every time I install Windows 7 I first download google chrome, after downloading chrome doesn't install and starts downloading again,
Please guide me

Chrome doesn't work on Windows 7 unless you have 64 bit so our first question is are you using a 32bit build of Windows

p.s, if the computer chip is old then it may actually be a 32bit chip... even if you install 64bit OS on a 32Bit chip it will still only be 32bit

Now Windows 10 is installed and 64bit is written in the properties,
Previously, Windows 7 was installed and 32-bit was written in its property, and Google was being downloaded again and again, but was not installed.
