Hey everyone,

I've been experiencing some issues with Roblox lately and I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me out. Every time I try to launch the game, it either freezes on the loading screen or crashes before I can even get in. I've tried restarting my computer, updating my graphics drivers, and even reinstalling the game, but nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, do you have any suggestions for how I might be able to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

  5. Check your Firewall and Antivirus Software: Sometimes, certain security measures can block Roblox without notifying you. Check to see if your firewall or antivirus software is blocking the game and if so, consider adding Roblox to your list of allowed programs.
  6. Try a Different Browser or Platform: If you're using a browser, try a different one. Or, if you've been using the desktop app, consider trying it on mobile or vice versa.
  7. Clear Roblox Cache: Sometimes, clearing the Roblox app’s cache can help. To do so, press the "Windows + R" keys, type ‘%localappdata%\Roblox\Versions' into the window that appears, and delete the content of the folder. Remember to always consult with a parent or guardian before making any changes to your computer's settings or components. Also, to make sure you don't lose your game progress data, it's a good idea to note down your account information in a secure location before trying these steps. Thank You So Much For Your Help

Hi! Were you able to figure out the issue? I ran into a similar situation when I tried to play a game on my tablet. It kept freezing, unlike other games that run smoothly. I suspect it might be because the game is quite resource-intensive, and my tablet might be running low on memory or something. I managed to free up some memory and play for a bit, but now the problem's back. What specifically did you do to resolve the problem?

Hey, I had the same issue a few months back where Roblox would freeze on the loading screen or crash before I could get in. I tried all the usual fixes like restarting my computer and updating drivers, but nothing worked. I finally figured out that it was caused by an executor named Bloxstrap that I had installed from an unknown source.

Once I downloaded Bloxstrap from the official website, the issue was completely resolved. Are you using Bloxstrap or any other executor? If so, make sure you're downloading it from the official site—it might fix the problem!

Sometimes cached data can cause issues with loading the game. Clearing the cache may help.

  • On Windows, go to C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Roblox and delete everything in the folder
