Troubleshooting Access to Files on Old Hard Drive Connected to New PC

i had an old hard drive that inside him i had movies, pic, ect that i want them i connected the hard drive in another pc any ideas where my fails can be ? when i used my pc that files was on desktop

Is there a "Users" folder on the drive?
