Hi, please navigate to C/windows/minidump and post the file found within. If you cannot find the minidump folder or anything inside then you'll need to configure your machine to produce them.
Open the control panel and check my screenshot as it will give you a guide as to where to go..

When the machine next blue screens check the folder I suggested above and post the dump.
