Windows 7 Troubleshooting Error 0x8007007B When Enabling System Restore on HDD

I get the subject error when I try to turn on System Restore to my drives. (HDD)

Start --> SystemPropertiesProtection -> select partitions you want to create restore points on.

That's where I got the error msg. As soon as I pressed APPLY it popped up.
