Windows 7 Turn off file preview

I'm supporting a number of computers where we have the media players disallowed in the registry, using the disallow run key. However, in Windows 7, if you preview a music or video file, you can play it using the previewer, even though the media player is disallowed. Any ideas on how I can turn this off in the registry? I've checked gpedit, etc. with no luck so far.

What previewer is this?
Are you looking at the files in Explorer?

Right-click on the Control Panel > Folder Options, click the View tab and uncheck always show previews never thumbnails,

This is the Explorer preview. I did find a policy setting in gpedit.msc that will turn it off. Now all I have to do is track the registry changes and then I can put it into an INF file to deploy. Thanks.
