Windows 10 Two Stage confirmation

Unfortunately, I signed up for the two stage check when you log in to this web site. I have found it a nuisance and want to cancel it. Can someone please tell me how I do that?

Hi Ron,
if you look top top right of this page you'll see your user name. Place the mouse cursor over it and you'll see a menu appear with two columns. You want the bottom of the column on the right:

Thank you kemical. Job done! As for the Defrag question, where do I find the setting to actually carry out a defrag please, it hasn't been done for over a year!

You found it Ron.. That's it optimise is the same thing as defrag. I meant that if it's a HDD it will be defragged and if it's an SSD it will be 'trimmed' but basically that falls under the heading of 'Optimised'.
