Solution
To ensure that a Word file appears at the top of your folder listings, you can follow these steps:
  1. Rename the Word File:
    • Edit the Word file name so that it begins with a symbol, number, or a letter that comes before the first letter in your photo names alphabetically.
    []Edit the File Modified Date:
    • Change the modified date of the Word file to ensure it appears at the top of the folder sorted by date.

]Change the View in the Folder:
    • Adjust the folder view settings to sort the files by name or date, ensuring the Word file is displayed at the top.

    ]Pin the File:
    • Some operating systems allow you to "pin" a file or folder to keep it at the top of the list. Right-click on the file and see if there's an option to "Pin to Top" or something similar.
  2. Create a New Folder for the Word Document:
    • Create a separate folder specifically for the Word file in the same directory. By accessing this new folder, the Word document will be the only file visible and therefore at the top. By implementing one or more of these methods, you should be able to position the Word file at the top of your folder listings, making it easily accessible among your travel pictures.
