Windows 7 Unable to Access Pendrive Contents in VirtualBox on Windows 7 Home Premium

Hello everybody
I have Win 7 Home Premium in Virtualbox.
It detects my pendrives but it won't allow me to see the contents.
I get a message saying that the pendrive needs troubleshooting.
I also get a message that the driver is Ok
Can anyone help?
