Windows 7 uninstall not showing program

I am trying to uninstall a program which does not work properly. The program does not show up in the list of programs available for uninstalling. Can someone help me understand why this is happening and how to uninstall this program. ( the program I am trying to uninstall is Studio One by Presonus. I have had nothing but problems with it since the beginning - Tech Support will not answer my emails concerning the problem I am having uninstalling their program )

When I have this issue, I also use Revo like TorrentG suggested (works great) but I ALWAYS first try to RE-install the program and THEN un-install it. Many times, re-installing it will fix the un-install files and allow you to un-install it regularly.
