Windows 7 Unnecessary Processes/Software

I've recently bought a new laptop with a load of program/process that i'd imagine i would never use.

Would anyone be willing to tell me which programs i can uninstal (and what they do, if you could) and which processes to disable. You don't have to recommend what i do for all of them, just the ones you know.

What programs you can uninstall depends on what your going to do with the computer. Same goes for the services\processes we could stop. If it was me if your machine is running well and feels fast I'd just leave them alone. One thing I would however do is uninstall norton internet security and repl;ace is with Microsoft security essentials. Get it from Link Removed due to 404 Error
