I'm trying to create a new web page on local Internet Information Server, but the program says I need to be logged in as an administrator to access local ISS web pages. Although I am logged in as an administrator, it behaves like I'm not. I'm sure I have set up the ISS correctly so that can't be the issue. I have tried creating a new win account named administrator and have tried changing my own account name to it, but it says that a account with that name already exists. If an account with that name exists already I should be able to see it in the account manager, but there's no other account than my own and quests..

I really hope that someone is able to help me out, because this makes no sense to me..

EDIT: Just found out about the run as administrator thing... Problem solved!
