Windows 7 W7 and IE8 SSL problems

Ok, for some crazy reason, there is one site I cannot access through IE8.

When you goto that site, it tells me I don't have a browser that supports 128bit encryption. Firefox works fine, no issues at all.

Any suggestions?

Wow it really doesn't like IE8 does it.... I tried using the compatibility tab but still no go.... I'll see what google turns
