The best way to defend against most network vulnerabilities is to deal with the simplest attack vectors, according to Australia’s Defence Signals Directorate (DSD).

The DSD’s analysis has credibility and clout, because it’s based on analysis of real attacks launched against Australian government networks. And according to its latest work, as much as 85 percent of attacks can be addressed with four relatively straightforward defences.

Hi, new here, just joined. I'm not sure which thread to ask my question on so I picked the one with the stupid in it. I think that sums it up.

The problem I'm having is that I have Bing and Crossrider installed on the computer, but I never installed them. I was using google. I found the source (or perhaps I didn't), it came up on notepad and it has hidden files and other stuff. I tried to delete it, but it won't delete. I have McAfee. Do you know how I can get rid of this stuff and only download the stuff that I want?

I appreciate your time.
