An update that will inform Windows 7 and 8 users, when Windows 10 becomes available for installation.

It is reportedly an "optional" update / patch.
Here's hoping that it doesn't turn into a nag screen / notification.
 
I don't seem to have this update and I'm completely up to date, and I cannot find a standalone exe installer for this update or I would tear it down and read all the strings out of the binary to see what it's going to potentially do.

I'm looking on 8.1 (VLK) and I do not see the update installed :/
