Tried installing via the upgrade assistant, and also tried the ISO.

I don't want to do a clean Install, but don't know what else to do.

I have tried signing up to Windows Insider, but when on the page "Get Started" I sign up and go through all that jargon, and it gets to the restart prompt, and no matter what I select, nothing happens and the page remains the same.

Please help.

I have checked the PC health app and the computer meets the specifications so not sure what else to do.

It seems you are facing issues with upgrading to Windows 11 using the upgrade assistant and ISO. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue: 1. Check Compatibility: - Ensure that your computer meets all the Windows 11 system requirements, including TPM, Secure Boot, and CPU compatibility. 2. Run Windows Update: - Before upgrading, run Windows Update on Windows 10 to make sure it's up to date. 3. Disable Third-Party Software: - Disable or uninstall any third-party antivirus or security software temporarily, as they might interfere with the upgrade process. 4. Clean Boot: - Perform a clean boot on your Windows 10 system to prevent any third-party services from affecting the upgrade process. 5...

Download Windows 11 Image: - Try downloading a fresh Windows 11 ISO from the official Microsoft website to rule out any potential corruption during the download. 7. Offline Upgrade: - You can try performing an offline upgrade using the Windows 11 ISO file. Mount the ISO or create a bootable USB drive, then run the setup directly from within Windows. 8. Check System Integrity: - Use the System File Checker tool in Windows to check system integrity and repair any corrupted system files that could be causing the upgrade issue. 9. Contact Support: - If the issue persists, consider contacting Windows support for more personalized assistance with the upgrade process. Remember to back up your important data before attempting any significant system changes like an upgrade to Windows 11.
