  1. Clear Browser Cache:
    • Sometimes, a corrupted cache can cause display issues. Try clearing the cache and cookies in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
    []Check Browser Settings:
    • Ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your browsers. Some websites require JavaScript to display menus and graphics.
    • In Firefox, check by going to about:preferences#privacy and make sure that "Enable JavaScript" is ticked.
    • In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab -> Custom level and ensure that "Active Scripting" is enabled.
    [
    ]Update Browsers:
    • Make sure you are using the latest versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer. Outdated browsers can sometimes cause compatibility issues with modern websites.
    []Check for Browser Add-Ons/Extensions:
    • Disable any browser extensions/add-ons that may be causing conflicts. Sometimes ad blockers or security extensions can block certain content on pages.
    [
    ]Reset Browser Settings:
    • If the issue persists, try resetting your browser settings to default. This can help eliminate any custom settings that may be causing the problem.
    []Graphics Drivers:
    • Ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers can sometimes lead to display issues.
    [
    ]Compatibility View:
    • In Internet Explorer, try using Compatibility View for websites that are not displaying correctly. This can sometimes resolve display issues.
    []Test on Different Websites:
    • Check if the issue is specific to certain websites or if it occurs on all websites. This can help narrow down the cause of the problem.
    [
    ]Security Software:
    • Temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall software to see if they are blocking any content on web pages.

      Additional Suggestions:

    • You can also try accessing the same websites on a different device or network to see if the issue persists, which can help identify if the problem is with your Windows 7 system specifically. Feel free to try these steps and let me know if the issue persists or if you need further assistance!
