      Blocked Driver staropen.sys:

    []Driver Signature Enforcement:
    • Check if driver signature enforcement is causing the block. You can boot into Advanced Boot Options by pressing F8 during startup and disable driver signature enforcement.
    [
    ]Update or Remove Problematic Driver:
    • Determine the source of the staropen.sys driver. It could be associated with a problematic application. Update or remove the driver if it's causing issues.
    []Troubleshoot in Safe Mode:
    • Boot into Safe Mode and check for the driver staropen.sys. If the system boots up without errors in Safe Mode, it suggests a driver or software issue.
    [
    ]Scan for Malware:
    • Perform a full system scan using your antivirus software to ensure no malware is causing the driver block.
  2. Event Viewer Analysis:
    • Use the Event Viewer to gather more details about the DHCPv6-client errors and the staropen.sys block. Look for specific error codes or messages that might provide more context for troubleshooting. By following these steps, you should be able to address the DHCPv6-client errors and investigate the driver block related to staropen.sys on your system.
