i've got this file when i bought oculus quest

Well we know it's a folder and the '=' at the end is a dead giveaway it's a base64 encoded string. My guess is it's used for some type of integrity check or something. It doesn't decode to any human readable text.

Yes, it does seem to signify an ID the software can use to recognize you as the user. Definitely not something to worry about. Out of curiosity, what is inside the folder?
