It sounds like you burned a Windows install iso to a flash drive and re-installed Windows from it? If so, your old stuff is gone. If the hardware was bundled with your computer, the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) version of Windows had drivers for your hardware. The Windows iso is generic and may not include those hardware-specific drivers (but might include generic drivers). If the hardware was factory installed, go to the computer manufacturer (HP in your case), and download the drivers from there. They will be OEM versions that match the OEM versions of your hardware. If HP doesn't have the drivers or you added the hardware yourself, go to the hardware manufacturer's web site to get the drivers.
