Windows 7 When I explore a HD in my computer = randomly open one or two instance of the HD

Hi!

Please excuse my english. I've just realized a strange bug, when I open "My computer" or just "Computer" in vista/w7, when I double click or when I right click and then choose "open", it, most of the times, opens two instances of this hard drive. For instance, if I double click on the c: drive, it opens two identical windows with the content of C:

I've included the psr file, you can see that it opens two instances of the windows.

Anyone has this problem?

well, found the solution on another forum :
Run a system file checker (in search type cmd, then sfc /scannow)

It seemed to have solved my problem!
