For driver updates for older operating systems such as Windows 9x, it can be challenging to find official sources as manufacturers typically focus on providing updates for current versions of Windows. However, there are a few options you can explore:
1. Manufacturer's Website: Visit the website of the hardware manufacturer for the specific device you are looking for, such as the graphics card or printer. Some manufacturers may still provide driver updates for older operating systems on their support pages.
2. Driver Update Tools: You can try using driver update tools like DriverPack Solution or Snappy Driver Installer. These tools search for and install drivers for various hardware components on your system, including obsolete operating...

3. Third-party Websites: Some third-party websites may have archived drivers for older operating systems. However, exercise caution when downloading from unofficial sources to avoid potential malware or compatibility issues. It's advisable to scan the downloaded files with a reliable antivirus before installation.
Regarding safety updates, Microsoft no longer provides updates for Windows 9x since they have reached their end-of-life and are considered outdated. As a result, there won't be any official safety updates for these operating systems. To ensure optimal security, it's recommended to upgrade to a newer and supported operating system like Windows 10 which receives regular security updates and patches.
It's worth noting that running outdated operating systems can expose your computer to security vulnerabilities, as these systems are no longer supported and do not receive security patches.
