To clean all data from a secondhand PC that currently has Windows Vista and install a clean version of Windows 7, you can follow these steps:
- Back Up Your Data (Optional):
- It's important to back up any important files or data you want to keep before wiping the existing installation. You can copy your files to an external drive or cloud storage.
- You will need a bootable USB drive or DVD with the Windows 7 installation files. You can create this using a Windows 7 installation ISO file.
- During the Windows 7 installation process, you will have the option to format the drive or partition where Vista is installed. This will wipe all data on that drive.
- Install Windows 7:
- Insert the Windows 7 installation media into the PC and boot from it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows 7. Choose the option to install a clean copy of Windows (Custom Install). Regarding the versions you mentioned:
- fqc-00129: This is the Windows 7 Home Premium version.
- fqc-00133: This is the Windows 7 Professional version.
