These are the settings I have for my laptop power. I have it set to “Do Nothing” when I shut the lid because when I first had it, it was set to “Hibernate” but kept switching off when I shut the lid. In the last two days, it’s once again switching off every time I shut the lid.

Open a command prompt and run powercfg /Q >> %userprofile\Desktop\powercfg.txt
Upload the powercfg.txt file on your desktop
