Windows 10 Why my pc starts up by itself after put to sleep

Windows 10 sometimes happening pretty often when I put my pc to sleep I find it going after a minute or so pls help me fix .
 
Solution
For a quicky, you could look in the device manager - Look under the Network adapters tab - right click each connection and in the properties, open the "Power Management" tab make sure the two bottom items in my picture are OFF (Unticked)

when i try to open cmd it goes on for a second ( little black screen) then vanishes dont have time to write anything in there ...
