Windows 7 Will my PCI Capture Card Ever Work?

So here's the problem. W7 recognizes my KWorld Connext PCI Capture card and even installs a driver for it. The problem is that anything that goes to use the capture cards says it isn't working, so I can't use it to record or stream, etc.

Anybody know if its possible to use a virtual xp installation to run it? As far as I know it isn't. Also do you think that with the final release of Se7en that it will work?

Also I know the card itself works, because I've used it on XP and it works.
