I have a HP laptop Running Home Premium. I purchased what I thought was and upgrade disc, turns out it is a OEM full install. Being the GENIUS that I am I opened package with out verifying and cannot return
My question is can I install this with out losing my current set up such as Programs and Documents.

So I can used the OEM install disc key for the anytime upgrade, is that correct?
