Windows 7 Win 7 Pro Question about changing product Key

I am building 2 computers exactly the same.
I have purchased 2 copies of Windows 7 pro

I have installed one copy Windows 7 Pro and all of my programs and data files on the first computer and activated it.

After I get the second computer built I would like to avoid re-installing everything on the second computer.
Somewhere I saw where I could change the Product Key Code.

My question is:
Can I simply put a copy of the hard drive from the first computer into the second computer, then change the product key code to that of my second copy windows 7 pro so that I can activate it too.

Yes, after setup goto control panel, system, change product key.
