Windows XP Win XP SP3 installation disc will not open and install?

I have an old HP Photosmart S20 scanner that will only work on Win XP. I've wiped an old HDD and installed Win XP Pro and am now trying to install SP3 from a disc. No luck! There are no setup or install programs on the SP3 disc. How do I get this to install?

Hi Grunti! You are living in the dark ages my friend. I did this many years ago, here's a good read.
I believe it's called slip streaming. I'm very curious with your out come. Let me know how it goes!
