Windows 7 WIN7 CPU USAGE ;(

Hello to everybody, i will try to explain my problem the ebst i can and if you can pls but pls help me

Days ago i installed google earth on my windows7 and the cpu usage is always high and i have unistalled yet the program. I have done a clean install of windows and the problem stays, i think the problem its the cpu himself because when i shake the notebook, the cpu usage decreases for some time and the pc is normal

I have installed and activated programs like : Auslogics BoostSpeed, RegistryDefrag, Uniblue registryBoooster, and they didn't work...

I have a notebook hp probook4530s
windows 7 enterprise service pack 1 with all updates of windows updates except languages.
Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2350M CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30GHz
RAM : 4GB
System type : 64-bit operating System
Windows is fully activated and have all drivers updated.

Can someone help me? the pc is ultra slow because of the cpu usage

Well have you checked to see what is running at startup? BlackViper has a list of services and reccommended settings. See if that helps. A lot of programs by default automatically even if they that aren't needed.
