Trying to install windows 7 on a new system and I'm getting all kinds of errors.

"The exception unknown software exeption loxooooo409 occurred in application at location 0xfc316d7a"

"0x77e7c465 referenced memory at 0xffffff, The memory could not be read."

Also got the blue screen of death.

My system
Evga P55 SLI
Intel i5
G.Skill Trident 4g dd3 2000
Evga Gtx 295
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST31000528AS 1TB
kingwing 1000w PSU
Lite-On IHAS324

Already installed a new copy of W7 on another similar system and no problems at all.

Thanks for the help.
