Windows 10 Windows 10 Audio Problem

I recently purchased windows 10, and I immediately discovered a problem. When ever I watch a video from youtube, or any other video website, if I pause the video, the audio increases. I checked if the audio goes up in the audio menu, but it says no change has been made. When ever I change the audio slightly after that, the audio pops back to normal. It is a major inconvenience after pausing to have to head to the audio manager to change my audio just to make it go back to normal. I am going to bed right now, and I am hoping for answers to my problem when I wake up. Thank you for your time.

I'd suggest deleting the driver completely and re-installing the latest driver.
