I recently installed new hardware. After installing the new hardware I can't get pass the windows repair screen. I've tried restarting and even changing the boot drive by nothing is working
Old harware: i7 3700

New Hardware: i7 9700k
Msi Meg Ace Z390
16 GB DDR4 2666 dual channel

nmsuk is absolutely right. It's a bit more than a hardware change. It's a new machine ! Even if you do sort it out it would take so long you'd end up wishing you'd done a clean install. Pain but true.

Connect your machine to your router or modem.

You might need to go ahead and proceed with new installation of Windows 10.

The only other thing I can think of is to go into the BIOS and if set to IDE change to ACHI, if ACHI change to IDE.
