windows 2012 r2 server dhcp doesnt send option 224

Hello, i set the option 224 on dhcp server, in the scope

But I not see that option in offer-packet

How I can fix it, anybody know?

Do you have more than one DHCP server and are they both configured the same on the given scope?

I haven't had to create a custom scope option before, but it also my require restarting the dhcp service for it to be available.
