So basically i updated to windows 10 but it kept jamming (like Bob Marley) so i factory reset it it was stuck on 99% for 5 hours then it went to a boot loop of a blue screen saying "Your Pc ran into a problem and needs to be restarted, we will restart it for you" then it just loops over and over

It sounds like your system is caught in a boot loop after the factory reset. Here are some steps you can take to possibly resolve this issue:

### 1. Safe Mode:
  • Try to access Safe Mode by repeatedly pressing the F8 key during startup.
  • If you can access Safe Mode, you might be able to troubleshoot further from there.

### 2. Automatic Repair:
- Allow the system to attempt automatic repair by interrupting the boot loop three times, triggering the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).

### 3. Startup Repair:
- Use the Windows installation media to run the Startup Repair tool. Boot from a Windows 10 USB or DVD and choose Repair Your Computer.

### 4. System Restore:
- If available, use System Restore to revert to a state before the issues occurred.

### 5. Reset Windows 10:
- Use the Windows 10 USB/DVD to perform a system reset, keeping personal files or removing everything, based on your preference.

### 6. Backup Data:
- If necessary, boot from a live Linux USB stick to back up important data from your Windows drive before proceeding with repair or reinstallation.

### 7. Professional Help:
- If the issue persists, consider seeking help from a professional repair service or using dedicated Windows recovery tools.

Do you have a Windows 10 USB or DVD installation media available that you can use for repair or reinstallation?
