It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with sending emails from Windows 7 where the system is indicating that certain email addresses are invalid, even though they work fine on your phones and other computers. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to address this problem: 1. Check Email Address Format: - Double-check the email addresses you are trying to email. Disable Antivirus/Firewall: - Sometimes, antivirus software or firewalls may interfere with email sending functionality. Temporarily disable them and try sending the emails again to see if the issue persists. 3. SMTP Server Settings: - Verify that your SMTP server settings are correctly configured in your email client. Ensure the outgoing server settings (SMTP) are accurate. 4. Check Email Client Configuration: - Make sure that your email client (such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) is correctly set up to send emails. Check the SMTP server, port settings, and authentication credentials. 5. Update Email Client: - Ensure that your email client software is up to date. Updates may contain bug fixes that could resolve issues related to email sending. 6. Check Internet Connection: - Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. A poor internet connection can sometimes cause email sending failures. 7. Contact Email Provider: - If the issue persists, contact your email service provider to ensure there are no restrictions on sending emails from Windows 7 or with the specific email addresses. 8. Run Email Troubleshooter: - Windows has a built-in Email Troubleshooter that can help diagnose and fix common email issues. Running this troubleshooter may provide insights into the problem. If none of these steps resolve the issue, let me know, and we can explore further troubleshooting options to help you send emails successfully from your Windows 7 system.
