Sorry to burst your bubble, but that's Microsoft's opinion. When Microsoft puts their "recommended" option in a particular area, I always choose the opposite.

They can have Live Essentials and I turned of Windows search completely as I have a much better alternative.

Wireless networking is also not working very well in all the builds so far.

I prefer open source and freeware alternatives to Microsoft applications.
