While this article is several years old and looks like it was created on a Mac. The steps are pretty much the same and haven't changed much. How To Use VirtualBox: User's Guide

first, download Link Removed in your hard drive then make bootable USB. in vertu le box you can easily boot USB.

Hmmm, where to start, they want virtualbox not a bootable usb. That and it looks like that uses a pirated windows.
