Windows 7 Windows 7 Retail Download

Microsoft makes some programs available for sale as downloads. I live in Mexico and would like to download Windows 7 in English and pay over the internet. I couldn't find any information on Microsoft websites.

Will this option be available?

I highly doubt if that would be the Windows 7 operating system.

They may do it, but to be honest I personally can't see it happening, as they haven't done it with any of thier other operating systems
