Hello everyone,

Am using Windows 8.1 Pro x64 and my graphic card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 series.
Driver is updated but its not working.

What to do?

Thanks in advance.

Check in your BIOS to make sure the onboard is turned off and the mobile GPU is on.

A code 10 error means that the card (device) didn't like the driver for some reason and if we can assume that the card itself is undamaged from say overclocking or being run over with your mums car then the most likely problem is the driver.

1. Is the driver in fact the correct one… not just for the g-card but also for the manufacture of the of the laptop (motherboard) and operating system.

Some companies like Dell and Asus have their own drivers which they like to use… you don't always have to have their one but going to their website and having a look at what's available for your model is often time well spent.

2. The driver file itself might have been corrupt or otherwise blocked… anti-virus, older zip programs and dodgy file transfers are all suspects.
