Windows 8 windows 8 pro for bootcamp

I wanna buy second license windows 8 pro 64 bit to install on bootcamp mac os mountain lion. So if i buy license and for some reason delete bootcamp partition if i create again windows 8 pro 64 bit Key have works? if someone knows!!! (sorry for my english).

as long as you have your key you will be able to install windows 8 and activate it.
