Hi, this is my first post on this forum and I hope my explanation of this problem is clear. I am running Wondows 7 Evaluation Copy 7100. When I run the Windows back up it stops after about 20% and I get an error message. This has happened everytime I tried and again this morning. The contents of the error message are as follows:

"Windows back up skipped backing up system image because one of the critical volumes cannot be included for back up. Check that the volume is on line and is formatted in NTFS.
Back up time 17/08/2009 Back Up location Free Agent Drive J. Error Code 0x 8000032"

There is no clue as to what this refers to. I have tried a search on the error code but have not been able to find the answer. Fortunately I run a monthly schedule with True Image Home edition. Thanks in anticipation for any help or advice that can be given.
