I iroken22 Extraordinary Member Premium Supporter Joined Nov 10, 2008 Jan 16, 2009 #2 Windows Mail is now being included in the windows live essentials pack that you find here. Install it and make sure to only leave windows mail checked otherwise it will install everything else with it.
