Windows 7 Windows Media Player 12 for Windows 7 media library not showing

I have HP Pavilion Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium. WIndows Media Player 12 does not show media library on left hand panel and I cannot play Internet radio as this feature is there in media library. can anybody help me.

If you go to view or tools or something and it should be in one of them... have a play with the options in the menus, it will be there... sorry not at home so cant find exactly where it is, but its there!
