Windows 7 Windows Media Player issue

Hello first post with a problem the problem is that when i connect or disconnect a device on the PC WMP is pausing. and on windows media player plugin in chrome and Firefox is decreasing the volume also on connection of a device.
 
I recommend instead of Windows Media player you use Mediamonkey. It as a free alternative to wmp.
