Windows Player/Centre, Burner

Can some one advice me on a good media centre/burner for windows 10, I have tried windows player but the CD's keep stopping mid song and then restarting, Many thanks in advance

Windows media player should work fine. Have you checked for scratches and smudges on the disc?
