      ActiveX Controls Issue:

ActiveX controls are often used by websites to offer interactive functions. Here's how you can resolve this issue:
    []Internet Explorer Settings:
    • Open Internet Explorer.
    • Go to Tools > Internet Options.
    • Navigate to the Security tab.
    • Select the Internet zone and click on the Custom level button.
    • Scroll down to the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section:
      • Ensure that Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting is set to Enabled or Prompt.

      [
    • ]Click OK, and restart Internet Explorer.
    []Reset Security Zones:
    • In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options.
    • Navigate to the Security tab.
    • Click on Reset all zones to default level.
    [
    ]Additional Steps:
    • Ensure your Windows 7 system is fully updated with the latest security patches.
    • Run a thorough malware scan using a reputable antivirus program.

      Additional Recommendations:

      • Consider upgrading to a more secure and supported operating system, like Windows 10, since Windows 7 reached end of life and is no longer receiving security updates.
      • Install and use a modern web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for improved security and performance.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issues related to the Windows Security Service startup and ActiveX controls in Internet Explorer. If the problem persists, consider seeking further assistance from a professional or Microsoft support.
